The well-being of our guests is a top priority. Our cleaners have enhanced their cleaning/disinfection protocols with bleach and/or EPA-approved cleaners to ensure your safety. Moreover, we have mandated at least a one-day period between guest check-out and the next guest’s check-in.
COVID19 CANCELLATION POLICY: If you book with us and you are not a resident of Hawaii*, you will get a full refund under the following circumstances for cancellation because of COVID19:
1) the government of Hawaii has prohibited travel to Hawaii.
2) the government of Hawaii allows travel to Hawaii, but requires a mandatory quarantine for travelers AND this quarantine requirement is not optional and cannot be avoided by other measures such as reasonable pre-travel COVID19 testing.
3) NOTE: If you cannot travel because you unexpectedly become infected with COVID19 or your pre-travel COVID19 test comes back positive, you will not not receive a refund. (This is what travel insurance is designed to protect you against.)
*Residents of Hawaii: The same general guidelines apply if inter-Island travel to Maui is prohibited/restricted, but please contact us for details.
